There's a particular quiet that settles over New England in the deep of winter — bare branches, frost-laced grasses, the last berries holding color against snow. Winter Solstice was designed in that stillness.
Each tile is crafted from premium acrylic with a multi-layered color inlay: a dark pine base, a soft crème middle, and a crisp white face — a quiet echo of the season's own layering, snow settled over a landscape that hasn't gone dormant so much as gone still. The palette draws from Northeastern winter ecology broadly, an homage to the native plants and creatures that hold on through the coldest months.
This is a set for players who notice things — the particular silence of a snow-covered field, the return of a familiar bird at the feeder, the discipline of clean design. Winter Solstice brings that same attentiveness to the table.

A note on surface texture: minor scratches are a natural characteristic of acrylic mahjong tiles, a result of the tumbling and polishing processes used in production. These marks can be more visible on darker finishes and are a normal part of the manufacturing process—they don't affect the tiles' quality, durability, or performance during play.
Please note: The shipping window provided at the time of pre-order is an estimate and is subject to change. However, you may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund.
